Heather trained at New Jersey School of Ballet and Joffrey Ballet School, and teaches at Steps on Broadway, and the Young Children's Division at Ballet Academy East.

Heather has danced with Ballet for Young Audiences, New Jersey Ballet, Nunnbetter Dance Theater, Staten Island Ballet for 2 years, and joined Octavia Cup Dance Theater in 2006.
